Eligibility

- Assume liability for any property damage, personal injury, or other loss resulting from repair services.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FixFreezer, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FixFreezer, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us at hello@fixfreezer.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your written notice.
Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and FixFreezer agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms through final and binding arbitration, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
Class Action Waiver
You and FixFreezer agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Third-Party Links and Content
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by FixFreezer. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Termination
